My sweet pomeranian puppy has never looked so good or been so happy to go to the groomers! Special props for Priscilla! She is amazing with my fur-baby. Excellence in customer service and shows nothing but patience and love towards my puppy!

The groomer I was scheduled with called out, and I ended up with Priscilla. Perhaps it was a blessing in disguise. I was super nervous, being that I had just moved to the area… and after several bad experiences with previous groomers, until my last one of a couple of years and that I didn’t want to leave… only left because of my relocation… Priscilla did an amazing job. She was patient, kind, listened to what I had to say… It wasn’t a rush conversation, nor job. My girl is such a nervous and anxious girl, therefore it made me nervous and anxious for her. After 5-months of living in Henderson, we finally found a groomer! Everyone was very friendly and confident-- they reassured us that our dog was in great care and that they will contact us otherwise. Our dogs has high anxiety and fear based aggression so we were very careful with choosing a groomer but wow everyone at Top Dog was so welcoming! After an hour and half? we received a call from Top Dog letting us know that our pup did a GREAT job and he was done! Priscilla let us know she took her time to get to now our pup and then slowly got to work and I REALLY thank her for that.
