Rock Steady focuses on managing Parkinson’s . The sessions help develop new neural pathways. The combination of exercises, support, friendships, and positive affirmation really helps. In my opinion, this is a key to managing Parkinson’s.
Service and staff are amazing. Clear explanations on absolutely every exercise. I feel like I'm doing a personal training session 😊
All TCTC workouts are amazing but the WeckMethod workouts are especially effective. Doesn't seem like a lot at the time but you feel it the next day! Tony is a great class leader and teacher. The class sizes are small and organized with health and safety in mind. Highly recommended!
