It was a super pleasurable experience to say the least. The process was simple and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I downloaded the Tide app and believe it or not they sent me a coupon for being a new customer to take $5 off my first drop off. This coupon made my first drop off FREE!!! The app let me know when my stuff was dropped off and it texted and emailed me when my order was ready to pick up. They delivered it faster than the expected time on the app! I am customer for life now!! Thank you Tide cleaners!!!

I get the best customer service there. Janna and Chuck can always solve my problems. I brought in one of my favorite ties. They were able to mend my keeper loop in the back of the tie. I didn't know they could do this not to mention the great work they do in getting the myriad of stains out that I get on my shirts and pants.
