Wig for my sister in law. Super friendly, helpful and NO pressure. Highly highly recommend the Wig Cottage.

I can't say enough about the service my mother received from Emily. I took my mom to The Wig Cottage in April 2024. She had some medical issues causing hair loss, and Emily was wonderful. Emily helped her with many wigs and finally ordered her a wig that my mom loved. Before we had the chance to get the wig, my mom passed away. I called and spoke with Emily, she was so sympathetic she did everything she could to make sure we were happy with the credit card issue. She was so caring and considerate. If I could give her a 10**** review, I would. Thank you again for all of your kindness Emily.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I had gone to a couple of other wig stores prior to and The Wig Cottage was so warm and welcoming. I was terribly picky and Emily was so patient with me trying to find the right style and color. Since my head is so small even the petite wigs were too big for me, but with the help of Morgana she was able to reconstruct the wig to fit me perfectly. I am a forever customer because they really care and I felt like family by the time i was done.
