Very understanding of the issues I am having.
The staff that I worked with was Gina two of the assistants whose names I can't remember (sorry ladies) and one of the students that Gina had. The environment, patient experience and convenience of this location were top notch. the location in Henderson was a lot closer to me however it was an important to me to get started immediately as work could not wait. The Henderson location was at capacity so they informed me that the Blue Diamond location would be accepting immediately. Hence, I went there...nonetheless, the drive outside of Henderson to Blue Diamond was not at all bad and if anything helped clear my mind before I stepped foot into their facility to focus on myself. The therapists & assistants are so professional and extremely well informed about the latest protocols and best practices. They consult with each other continually; and they are great about educating patients on the recovery process, correcting form and encouraging to all. Not only was I able to benefit from the staff at this location but also from the camaraderie with the other patients that were there on the same days and times that I was. I I couldn't have been more appreciative on the day when I couldn't get a babysitter and they allowed me to bring my six-year-old...she played with Toby & everything was fine. I was still able to complete my physical therapy session that day. I would recommend Synergy Blue Diamond location to anyone of any age or treatment scenario.
