Melony is a treasure!!!!! She helped me from the start of working with a home warranty company to get to the bottom of why my fridge wasn’t working to the end in haloing me pick a new fridge by pointing out the best cost effective brands that will last the longest at the best cost. She even talked to the warranty company for me and advocated when I wasn’t sure what to say! Ray, the technician educated me on what was wrong with my fridge, while maintaining a respectful and professional attitude. The best part was that he wasn’t scared of our monstrosity of a dog! Brock was a great technician. Very informative and thorough. He changed out my dishwasher motherboard and when that failed a month later they replaced it through warranty very quickly. Honest company with great employees. I will definitely use them again if needed.
