“My wife introduced me to Pilates and I love it. She has been going here for years. It's not easy but with Clare she takes very special care when your just getting started. I love the fact that she is so well versed and educated on how our bones, muscles, and joints function and interact . I have an ACL knee issue and she has been very pro active during each class as she focuses on making it stronger. We really enjoy the " semi-private " lessons package. It allows us to excercise at our pace and focuses on what we need to improve. Thank you.“
“If you’re looking for a fitness studio in Vegas, let me save you the search because Redemption Fitness is the ONE. My best friends and I started as Class Pass members, but after going to some classes and seeing how the instructors and front desk were, we cancelled Class Pass and finally committed - best decision we could have ever made. You have a variety of classes: running/strength, boxing/strength, running/boxing/strength, cycling, pilates, bootcamp, barre, and yoga. I like how everyone has an assigned number in each class, especially in hot pilates/bootcamp/yoga, so it’s spaced out and organized. For the heated classes, you get a cool lavender towel at the end of the workout. They also have showers, lockers, cycling shoes and boxing gloves to rent for a certain price, and water/energy drinks to buy. I do wish they had a water station though! Then, classes range from 6 am to 11ish am and 5ish pm to 7 pm on weekdays and 7ish am to 10ish am on weekends. I love how the classes are about an hour long, and it feels productive and effective because I’m not waiting for a machine or treadmill. It’s nice to not think about my workout, and you know Maria, one of the amazing instructors, has a game plan. Everything is right there, and everyone wipes their stations. I see the staff cleaning after every class too. I just walk in there, and every workout is worth it. The Redemption family/community have been welcoming and motivating. Shout out to Andrew for knowing our names right away and getting us signed up. Then, Maria, the burpee queen, has been incredible and personable, and when I take Cassie’s class, I know I need to rest up because there’s no room to slack. Alexa keeps the class exciting with her updates about the world haha, and she makes waking up at 6 am worth it. Chris has so much energy at 6 am and has the best playlist, but we also have to gear up because I come out of that class sweating or how Chris would describe it “glistening/glazed.” Anyway, come join us; you won’t regret it!“
