Went to the UPS Store to ship customer checks 2nd day air to a company in Holiday, Florida. My job was recently sold to this company (my last day is on Friday) and they do all the accounting stuff that I used to do, including depositing customer checks. The label was already printed back at the office, so there was no need for me to pay for shipping up front. My coworker accidentally threw out our UPS letter envelopes while cleaning and packing up. Great staff. I have been talking to the same staff member for well over a year regarding my Box. She remembers details so well, I wish I could remember her name at the moment to list here. The store is busy. It is clean. The staff answers the phone and give really helpful answers.

The entire staff is professional and very knowledgeable about shipping anything and everything. I have been a customer for 10-plus years and can not imagine going anywhere else for my shipping, mailbox, and notary needs. If I could give more than five stars, I would!!!!
