I gained weight during the pandemic and all my old tricks wouldn't touch it. I saw Dr. Nash on YouTube and started watching the success stories there and signed up for an evaluation. It was all done online which I wanted, I lost 18 pounds the first month and I'm now down 40 pounds overall. I had lots of contact with Dr. Nash with video coaching and could even text questions directly to her. I'm happy with my results and think she's great!

The initial visit was through Zoom. Very much a marketing call however I was hopeful that Dr. Nash's straight forward, no nonsense approach would continue. That was the last Zoom call with the Dr. Nash. There was a crazy, frustration way of obtaining your forms. The follow up was terrible. The office manager, Renee, is nothing but curt. If you want to throw away $500.00 plus then do consider joining this program. However you'd get much more support and guidance through WW or Noom
