“Throughout my forty years of life having a rare disease and seeing many physical therapists, I have never had an experience like my time at Earnest Physical Therapy. Being used to a variety of different types of therapy centers and having my fair share of therapists, I feel confident in saying that EPT has transformed my entire thought process of therapy AND the plethora of modalities that are available for pain management.My expectations were far exceeded, first and foremost by Spencer and his genuine and caring professional manner. If only all of my doctors spoke to me with the same care and concern, explaining why we do things and what they do to help our body, etc. Also- a massive shout out to Freya who holds down the front end, making scheduling a breeze… not to mention, always beaming with her wonderful smile when I walk in the door!In addition to Spencer and Freya, Renee, Scheccid and Rylie make my mornings at Earnest Physical Therapy by far the best parts of my week. On top of getting my body moving and feeling better, they both are so encouraging, while ensuring you’re doing the exercises correctly and preventing further injury, regardless of your individual limitations. The atmosphere is light and positive, yet intimate- never feeling like there are too many patients and not enough therapists, as I often have at other practices. They gently push you to heal and grow, physically and mentally, while making sure you don’t overdo it. In turn, it fuels my own desire to continue to get stronger at home, doing as many of my exercises on the days I don’t get to see them as I can- which I know is something a lot of PT patients can struggle with. I have honestly never felt as cared for and motivated to keep getting better, as I do, today. Since having the entire top half of my spine fused four years ago, and not being able to move about naturally, I have not felt “normal” or comfortable in my body ever since. However, thanks to Earnest Physical Therapy, I no longer feel like a stranger in my own body… and that, my friends, is priceless.“

“Check out Dr. Petrick's YT videos on the Active Release Therapy (ART). I've had lower back and hip pain for almost a year now and needed to find a chiropractor as the guy I used to see has moved way over to other side of town. ART seemed like something that could benefit me. Honestly, it looked like your basic "assisted stretch" but the way Dr. Petrick does ART - I'll just say it's like assisted stretch on STERIODS. No need to go into every little detail. I'll just say that when I woke up the next day, after a long session of ART with Dr. Petrick, the pain that I had experienced for almost a year - all GONE. Note that I was in their office for over one hour. Much of that time was spent with the techs doing warm up stretches on me. Also the traction table. Plus twenty minutes on the Magic Mattress. That thing almost put me to sleep, wanted to take a nap when I got home. I can't explain it, you'll have to ask the front desk how that Magic Mattress works. Looks like I found my new chiropractor.“

“Last October I started getting severe neck pain that gave me a dull headache all the time. On top of that, I had very poor range of motion on my neck, shoulders and arms. Other chiro treatments I had would only last me a few days to a week of relief then I would be back to where I was, hurting with poor movement and being stiff. I took NSAIDs almost every day with other topicals just to get me through the pain.I found Dr. Chris last December and everything has changed after being under his care. My neck pain is gone and so are the dull headaches. I can raise my arms up again and can turn my neck side to side without any pain. I can do laundry again without being in pain afterwards. “Dr. Roles is a master of his craft! My wife was struggling with TMJ and he was able to help her with adjustments and supplements. He uses state of the art technology to help identify and correctly diagnose injuries. We paid out of pocket for the treatment and initial assessment at a reasonable price. As for protocols, they have a hand wash station out front powered by foot, so no need to touch anything after you cleanup. Staff follows all cleanliness and sanitation procedures as they should in a medical setting. The waiting room has two chairs and you have the option of checking in with a pin code. Overall a great local business to support. We will come back again when the need arises.“
