If you are looking for an experienced, caring, dedicated team to take care of your pet, you don't need to look any further. This was my 3rd vet, after moving here from Colorado. Happily, I was referred to Oasis, and I could not be more satisfied. They care very much about your pet and their experience at the office. I came to the clinic with a very old German Shepherd, he was 13 at the time. He needed a shot each month, but he didn't like other dogs, and he had anxiety about going in. For the monthly shots, the vet tech would come out to the car, give him his booster, and off we would go. Just little things like that, they go out of their way. Dr. Augenstein and her amazing team at Oasis Animal Hospital are simply the best! They are so efficient, caring, and truly loving with our dogs. I’ve had dogs my entire life, but I’ve never experienced the level of compassion and warmth that Dr. Augenstein and her staff show.
Our pups absolutely adore her and it’s clear that she loves them as if they were her own. I never hesitate to bring our dogs here because I know they’re in the best hands possible. The staff goes above and beyond, sending us Christmas and birthday cards it truly feels like an extended family for our pups.
