POOR patient care. Seems like I can never get an appointment until a month out. They've cancel in person appointments for virtual appointments multiple times. What's the point of having a primary when I end up always having to go to an urgent care since I can't wait one month to see my primary. Horrible front desk people never helpful. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Went for my papsmir there at this location had NP V. Artenia thought she did good till I started hurting to go urinate; then found out today as I did NOT get a call back for my results, but found out I had to reschedule for another pap that I made a complaint that NP told me if she lubricated too much that they will let her know. I told her to please lubricate being I"m dried but she scraped me and possibly cut skin off why I was hurting and spot bled which I never did in my life of getting papsmir.

I called several times to get my blood results. I was told I would get a call back each time. I never got a call back. You can not speak to anyone directly and are forced to go through their call center. The office staff will not allow the call center reps to transfer the call to speak to any one directly. I was told through the call center rep that the office staff told her to tell me if I wanted my blood results I would need to go pick it up and if I wanted the results explained to me I would have to make a appointment to go over the results.
