This review is long overdue but nonetheless, Keith Pickard was AMAZING! I needed representation to modify an existing order. He is very familiar with how the military operates, told me what was within reachable goals, and was available when emergencies occurred. I can't express how grateful I am to have had him as my representation. He was easy to communicate with, responded within reasonable timeframe, and was thorough with our requests to the other party. Him and the office kept me informed on cost and where I was at, and worked with me to get what I needed within my spending limit. Jordan Garcia and staff are amazing. Jordan pushed for my concerns to be heard in court. The judge was about to disregard my entire my case when Jordan saved the day by reminding the judge of the importance of certain factors in my case that the judge seemed to be willing to dismiss. The Clark County family court system has not been kind to me as a father. When my daughter came to me asking me for help this would have been my third attempt in trying to adjust the custody arrangements. I had no faith that my voice would be heard but how could I turn down my daughters pleas for help. I contacted NV Family Law a little over a year ago to help me with my divorce. I had the pleasure of working with Miriam Shumway who is extremely knowledgeable and levelheaded as well as compassionate. She was extremely skilled at negotiating with my ex-husband who can be quite difficult. We dissolved our marriage using a Joint Petition, Miriam was the only lawyer involved and she navigated the process with grace. It took less than 2 months for the divorce papers to officially be signed by both parties and I can’t thank her and the staff enough for their help!
