Merrill Lynch Financial Advisor Jin Park

Had to deposit a 1/2 MILLION dollar check into my Merrill account for IRA. Had to find a receptionist and then had to conduct business IN THE FRONT LOBBY through panes of glass! For this kind of transaction I would have thought we would be conducting business in a visitors office space. This was a VERY unprofessional experience. My Merrill advisors are in New Jersey and there they will stay. I will never conduct business here again!

I opened an IRA with them at a relative's recommendation. A very bad mistake. During years of gain my money did not produce what it was supposed to. I left them running as fast as I could. My current financial advisor is completely the opposite. What a difference!! He has my well-being in mind and it shows. He explained what my past statements meant and I was flabbergasted. I will never go back and will never recommend this company either. Their fees were their only goal and made me lose money. The person in charge of my account left but no one informed me and for months my account was being handled in a very bad manner. Very unprofessional. Stay away!
