He is an excellent ear nose and throat specialist he’s also an excellent surgeon a very caring man and compassionate Aaron who runs his office goes beyond and above. I’ve had many friends come to this office and have had work done and many are satisfied with his work.

“This MedSpa was recommended to me by a friend when she knew I was planning my trip to Vegas so I decided to make it a stop during my vacation. I was extremely satisfied with my visit as I was able to purchase and enjoy many of their offered services. The day before my visit I spent the day hiking at Red Rock Canyon so I was feeling very sore from over exertion and a bit weaker and dehydrated from my time outdoors in the desert. When I arrived at the MedSpa I knew I wanted an infusion but didn’t know there was a whole menu to choose from. The lovely lady at the front desk Nathy took the time to go over their promotions and together with the nurse Cassandra, who by the way is an absolute gem, explained which IV packages would best suit my needs. In the end I decided to get the Wellness Fuze which was the best one that included all the vitamins/minerals, glutathione, and because of my muscle soreness I also got the Toradol add on. Cassandra started my IV skillfully with no pain and was attentive during my infusion. They had an awesome massage chair that you can sit in while getting your infusionwhich really ramped up the relaxation factor. I was browsing and reading the brochures and had questions about the Hydrafacial treatments and all of the skincare products they had on display and while both Nathy and Cassandra were knowledgeable they had the Medical Aesthetician Eugenia come talk to me and answer all of my questions. Eugenia sold me on the benefits of the Hydrafacial which I quickly signed up for and the experience was super relaxing, my skin felt super clean and smooth after my treatment, and it even included some red light mask therapy afterward. The coolest part is that Eugenia can show you all of the “gunk” that comes out of your pores during the treatment inside the machine afterwards (if you’re curious), kinda gross but still very cool. The ladies also hooked me up with a free sample of the skin care products they have for sale to try when I got home in order to extend the benefits of my Hydrafacial. To round out my visit they did a skin analysis which helps you identify which of the skin care lines they offer would benefit you most depending on your skin type and because I purchased so many services they gave me a deep discount to try the InMode machine treatment that helps tone your muscles and skin. I felt like such a vip. It was a total experience. The staff were just phenomenal, I felt safe, and the clinic itself was bright, clean, relaxing and you really feel so much better when you leave that you want to come back. I definitely would recommend this MedSpa and I plan to revisit whenever I’m back in town. 10/10 definitely recommend and definitely the best.“

“Someone who will actually make a difference! I started following Brittany a couple years ago on social media because she shares so much valuable info for free and never gatekeeps. After spending hundreds (honestly probably thousands) on dermatology visits, meds, and acne “systems” I had completely given up. I’ve tried everything; diet changes, getting off hormonal BC — nothing helped.

I had an injectable appointment with her, along with a follow up for that, Brittany asked about my routine and gave helpful, realistic advice at each of those appointments but what I was using (a combination of prescription from a derm and over the counter) just wasn’t working. Eventually I went in for a facial and told her I wanted to reset everything and start simple. She suggested trying a couple ingredients I had never used before and asked me to trust her… and WOW. I still get some cycle related breakouts, but overall my skin is SO much better. My main goal was to lighten scars from old blemishes that were brown and that’s definitely happened.
