Check out Dr. Petrick's YT videos on the Active Release Therapy (ART). I've had lower back and hip pain for almost a year now and needed to find a chiropractor as the guy I used to see has moved way over to other side of town. Doctor Jon and Miranda did an incredible job once again. I was in horrible pain, a sciatic nerve that was extremely painful from my lower back to my toe. I had an important appointment with a long trip. They knew how to relieve me and give me hope for recovery. Today they have all my confidence my family is safe.
