Hi, actually gave my niece a gift certificate for Kristin Malone spa. I know my niece pretty darn well, and when she called, I could hear this special relaxed, happy tone in her voice. Her words. "I JUST HAD THE BEST SPA & FACIAL of my life!!! . So I know where I'll be going next time I visit the Henderson area. Thank you Kristin for taking such good care of my niece Summer.

Everyone else gave her 5 stars, and ya know what? They were right!First timer here- I usually don't pamper myself, but I felt like I needed a facial after all the mask wearing I've been doing. I google searched places, did some research, saw Kristins amazing reviews and I booked her. I opted for the Gentleman's Retreat Facial.Everything went well, she communicated everything she was doing every step of the way, and was very concerned for my well being during the treatment. The reason being my face was a mess for my first time. So, she had to do some somewhat unpleasant things to it to make she she got in deep where all the issues were. She apologized for the torture, and said we can take breathers anytime. But I'm a man, so I said keep going and only cried a little (joke!) But as I told her another Aesthetician told me, "beauty is pain." =D We had a nice laugh about that.The bonus was the neck and shoulder massage every step of the way while my face had on a different treatment mask. She sold me on the combo facial and 60 minute massage next time.Kristin knows her trade very well. And she is passionate about it too- she even did a little touch up on my eyebrows (I got them threaded like 3 weeks ago). They were holding up, but she NEEDED to fix a few stragglers separating from the herd. She gave me facial upkeep tips, and was very informative all around. She gave me so much information that she almost forgot to charge me when she opened the door to let me leave! I had to ask her where to pay. That's how much you know someone loves their craft.All in all 10 stars if I could. Go to her and you won't be disappointed.

I saw Kristin for a facial. She did a great job, made me feel comfortable, explained everything she was doing and gave me all the time I needed even though we started a bit late. She also let me know what to expect with my face afterwards so there'll be no surprises. She was very personable and her room was warm and inviting. She also massaged my neck, shoulders, arms and hands during the facial. Very relaxing. Enjoy.
