I've been bringing my two little people here since mid-April! The growth my children have shown in almost 6 months is tremendous. They love going to the Dojo and they love Sensei Arlene! She is patient and works with each child where they are. Her teachings go way beyond the dojo. She is teaching my little humans to also be good people!

A welcoming dojos for all ages and ability levels. Sensei Arlene and the black belts she has trained are very knowledgeable and are excellent instructors. Training is always done with safety in mind. I'm not afraid of getting injured and can enjoy the beautiful movements of Aikido.

I've been one of the longest members of Henderson Aikido and one of the first. I very well enjoy the experience of Aikido, and hope to rejoin this summer. I have a lot of good memories of all the dojos, and am currently a red belt.
