Our condensation line leaked throught the ceiling. Called for an appointment. Friendly service and professional response. On the day of our service call, Carlos was here right on time. Friendly, Professional, Courteous. Went right to work. When he was finished he expalined what our problem was, how it needed to be fixed and what he did to correct the issue. I could not have asked for better service. Carlos is an asset to your company. In the past I have trained employees on customer service for a large Las Vegas company. I have used Gibson for many years and have always been happy with their professional service. Scott came to our home and inspected the heating system and changed the filters. He arrived within the two hour window of time and did a great job.
We have been using Gibson Air since we moved to Las Vegas 12 years ago. Have never been disappointed; Ken has come out to our residence on many occasions and always very professional and friendly. Ken explains everything and makes sure we are completely satisfied before leaving.
