My facial was with Ellie, and WOW. I’ve had facials before but nothing compared to this.

I was gifted a gift card for a facial by a friend who goes monthly to this spot.

Firstly the place is inviting, the room was clean, cozy and smelt great. But Ellie was incredible!

She was so informative, really looking at my skin and giving me great advice on what to use and why. Explaining every product of what it was and how it would help. Took her time and when I tell you my skin looked good after… I was GLOWING!

Ellie is great and she's definitely good at what she does. My skin improved a lot and I appreciate the work she has done and the services I received. However, I hope no one else experiences this. She's very nice, but this is still a business. Under no circumstances will they forgive if you miss or "no-show" your appointment. I missed my appointment because my car's battery died and I was charged the full service she was going to give me. Even if I had the intention to reschedule, this wasn't considered.

After two years of skipping facials, today's experience is going to change that for the better! Skin by Connie - AMAZING! Connie asked questions about my skincare and goals (I'm 47), she prepped me, exfoliated me, cleaned my pores, and made my face GLOW. Connie it's fun to work with, and I can easily see myself sticking with her forever. I had a great first visit, and I'll totally be back. Thank you, Connie!
