Super bad service and lackadaisical attitude. They dont care if customer has paid or not. They dont bother to follow up by phone on accounts pending, and when I said it's their payment, they said it's your service. And then I told them I will switch, and they said ok. Wonderful sales and customer service model.

We have been using Elite Pest Control for over 10 years and they are wonderful. They are very understanding about scheduling, will do as much or as little as you wish (we don't like to spray a lot out back - I like the good bugs ?), and their customer service is top notch!!
