“LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Big shout out to Dr. Mel, Melissa and Carla! This office has been wonderful from the beginning! They are always so welcoming, nice and accommodating! Carla and Melissa have always made sure to ask how I was doing, remember the things I’ve said in previous sessions and accommodate to my busy schedule. Dr. Mel is one the best people I’ve met! She really takes her time to hear you out and educate you about what is going on in your body. I have never felt rushed during therapy and my voice never felt like it wasn’t heard. It is a very bitterness moment to complete my treatment. I will be missing them in my weekly schedule/routine. I 100/100 recommend this place to anyone that needs such services! Say hi for me!“

I've gone to many doctors in many different states, and they all have their own special style, Vegas is the worst place to find good doctors, but this doctor was absolutely on the money with my problem areas. “In my 20+ years of being a chiro patient, my adjustments were 5 minutes with someone's body weight on me. Maybe a neck stretcher machine or a massage table - all of which left me motion sick and a little violated. When we walked in for our first visit, we observed nothing out of the ordinary. Except for the staff. They were all smiles and friendly. This is not the norm for 99% of the medical offices in vegas. We got a tour. They went over their practice and in detail what this consultation entailed. If I could eye roll any harder, my head would have been on the floor. They went over our paperwork and what ailed us. I was vague on purpose. They did a thermal scan and showed me what parts were bothering me. She wasn't wrong. Then x-rays. This was a first for me. They went over next steps. No adjustments. I was surprised as I didn't know what to expect. This is actually detailed ON THEIR WEBSITE. Whoops. Second visit started off salesy as we're in the waiting room with a few others and the doc throws up a slide deck. My husband gave me a look of "WTF did you sign us up for?". Did I walk out? No, I was intrigued because patients and staff were ALL SMILES. I wanted to know what kinda stepford wife cult this was. The Doc was VERY transparent and detailed about what he does and what he's not. The commitment to wellness takes our commitment too. His goal is to get us better so we only need to come back for routine maintenance. His practice looks at us as a whole and not just a symptoms checklist. We went over our x-rays. I. Was. Stunned. His machines were real and not showing me some stock art x-ray. He was able to clearly PROVE to me where and why parts of my body ached. He pointed out stuff that I didn't even disclose to him or his staff. My husband has had MRI and x-rays of his back before so this was the same as what he's seen. Previous doctors told him to just live with his pain and pop pain killers. The treatment plan can be daunting with the cost and time involved. I figured I'd give this guy a week and see where we're at. If they try to scam me out of my money - AMEX will handle it so I had little risk. It's been a couple of months now. I went in with my right shoulder so tight that I couldn't move my arm or turn my neck. Within 2 weeks, I had full mobility of my arm and my neck. (3 adjustments a week for a few weeks then down to 2x). Getting these adjustments led to other parts of my body having aches (to be expected). I'm correcting years of being in mis-alignment and now other parts of my body have "woken up" from their slumber and need to pitch in to keep me mobile. I've had other chiropractors who use a drop table and the plunger looking tool so that wasn't new. What was is that this experience offers psychological safety. Having someone putting the weight of their body on me or twisting me like a pretzel is traumatic. My husband likes the instant gratification of the snap crackle and pop and was pretty skeptical. He still is but he's definitely coming around. His previous chiro visits would only give him relief for a day. He doesn't notice that he's less of a bear to be around. Before, there were certain physical tasks that would result in him being achey and in pain the next day. He can now do those activities and not complain about aches the next day. Other things to note - This place is kid friendly, they're not giving lip service. The bathroom has a changing table and is stocked with supplies - not the kind that feels itchy and coarse. The playroom is so inviting that when our toddler finds out we went to the chiro without her, she gets really upset. They use a scheduling app. I love that I can reschedule/shift my appt as needed without having to call someone. There are times where the waiting room is packed but we haven't had to wait more than 20 minutes to be called to a room. We are still working on finding the golden time where it's not as busy.
