The front staff is great but they need extra help. This neighborhood is growing and needs more practitioners. Not just one on the weekend. It’s not fair to the patients or your front staff. And then for them to call and ask for help and not to get is a complete breakdown in the management. When you do that it affects the care you are able to give to those patients that need to be seen. Do better not just for your patients but also for you support staff they are the ones who bear the front of the patients when they are sick and tired of waiting for hours to be seen
I walked into the busy urgent care with an eye infection. The desk informed me of an hour wait, however, I could book a place in the queue on line and wait at home for a text. She showed me how to get it online and I went 5 min. to home. Two hours later I was sent a text, showed up and was seen right away. The staff, and the NP were warm, friendly and professional. On lineCheck in, will be my go to. I recommend anyone who hates waiting rooms to use the on line Check in.
The wait was a little long and the check in process was a bit complicated (probably because I was very sick and barely functioning), but the care I received from the head nurse and doctor was excellent!!! Overall very happy customer.
