Just wanted to say thank you to Albert at the Service Center for taking care of me at my first service for my 2017 BMW i8. I especially appreciated how proactive, attentive, and communicative Albert was. He even took care of a service light I wasn't aware of. I got my car back promptly, and it was perfect.
They identified the problem and fixed it, also proactively addressed other service issues and provided a loaner. As repairs were underway, Victor, my service advisor, kept me informed of status.
