A very unexpected situation came up at one of my properties. BlueSky was more than willing to step in, assess, and coordinate the repairs that needed to be completed. Communication was great! I wanted to give a shot out to Juan. He's always done outstanding work, on time, fast, and efficiently. He told me he could have the job done in 2 days with testing results and he did! The work was done with nice and clean and we passed the clean testing. I want to also thank Tina and the whole team for always being there when we have a restoration issue.
