For example, when you book a child's haircut online is $25. However, he has been charging is $27 + tip for a basic haircut (no lines) for a 10 year old. In addition, we scheduled an appointment for 7/27/24 and I missed it. I didn't cancel it, let's be upfront. I book a new appointment the next day. My son got his haircut and after the haircut Ceisel informed me that he was going to charge me $10 for not canceling the appointment. I understand and agree with the charge, but definitely, disclosure of updates prices and fees, need to be updated and disclosed upfront for transparency.“
