Great first impression of the practice...everyone was warm, friendly, and helpful. PA Tiffany is knowledgeable and professional but also patient and empathetic. She definitely goes the extra mile and gave me confidence I was in the right hands here. I look forward to becoming well again with this team's help.
Tiffany is always prepared for our visit. She’s extremely knowledgeable about her field and shares that knowledge with me as her patient. She and I discussed options that are available to me for pain I’m experiencing six months post meniscus surgery. She’s a star!
This is my 2nd time seeing Dr. Megan Bichsel. 1st time was I was x-rayed, she spoke to me asked about what happened. Then checked me. I was sent for a MRI. - before 2nd visit. Dr Megan & a student were there. Dr Megan went over MRI results very thoroughly and explained what I had. She then examined me again and explained & showed me what was happening. Very thorough , courteous, took her time . Also a answered any questions I had. She asked if the student could check me as well. This is a Excellent caring Dr. Thank you.....
