Great and helpful staff! Honestly sought to save me money on repairs. The service was correctly done and finished exactly when they said it would be! Now my go-to for future repairs!
Professional knowledgeable service manger and techs. Timely service but not rushed. Waiting area and shop were clean and inviting. Clean restrooms which is unfortunately rare these days. Highly recommend AAA service!
Originally I went to AAA on 1511 W. Sunset Road in Henderson just to get something notarized. I decided to find out if I could get a better car insurance rate.Desmond Marquez was appointed to help me. Such a nice wonderful person. I a military veteran and if Desmond was one of my troops I would have promoted him that day for going over and beyond the call of duty. I received an education on car insurance.Desmond is what customer service is all about. In today's society customer service is lacking. In talking with him I could see he loves what he do.
