They worked very hard and were very informative and professional throughout the entire process. Duke himself came out with a flexible camera, diagnosed the issue and offered a couple of options. Turned out to be a bigger job and a whole crew came in the next day. The replaced the pipe, fixed two other issues with my exterior irrigation valves, and left the affected areas better then new.
