Should be absolutely ashamed for what you did to that girl on top of charging her $300 to absolutely destroy her hair. She came into that salon beautiful and it almost seemed malicious how poorly her hair was done. The bleach looked like it was just plopped on her head, no sectioning. Then black dye she'll likely never be able to correct. You should be refunding her AND paying the next stylist to FIX YOUR MISTAKE.
Agnose has the best customer service, she is sweet and takes her time with her clients .I would recommend her to everyone who needs a new look.this salon makes you feel at home when you walk in the door.
