Wife's laptop had corrupted file requiring re-image of the device. Alan was very helpful, getting this task done is just a couple hours and also took the time to set up device with applications that will hopefully help prevent this sort of issue in the future. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

It was a fabulous day when I went to pick up a PC at Computer Rescue in Fernley. I was ready to purchase a new one cause I thought it was ruined. So I made phone calls and decided on Computer Rescue. I chose this service because Allen explained things to me, no arrogance. I was able to drop it off, do shopping, etc., and it was ready on my way out of Fernley. It is fired up now and working like new. What a great day, after all, if you don’t shop around for repair, you can end up in the minus and with a computer that does not work. I sent an email to Alan asking if he could get my computer in for a repair. He responded immediately. I was able to take my laptop in that next day where he walked me through absolutely everything. He took my laptop and explained what he was going to do, and told me it would be ready in a matter of just a few hours. I couldn't have been more pleased. Later that afternoon I returned to pick up my working computer. He was extremely professional and truly in the business for making sure I was satisfied. I can not recommend Alan enough! If you want fast, thorough and professional service, this is the place to go.
