My phone completely shut off on me for some unknown reason. The Verizon team couldn't get it turned on either so I had to get a new phone. Almost lost ALL my precious pictures and videos of my pets and family, but this place got my phone up and working again within a day! Highly recommend!
Matt is great and took his time to diagnose my Mac and was honest and fair in his assessment. I’ve also taken my iPhone to have the battery replaced and he was quick and reasonably priced. Glad to have this local place for computer/phone issues!
My cell phone wasn't charging, so I took it to the place where I bought it. They immediately said it was broken, and I could buy a $700 replacement phone. Seriously!? I stopped at Nevada Computer Works, and Matt fixed the charging port in minutes. Kudos and thanks to Matt for quick service.
