This company is amazing. The technician chad was amazing. Very knowledgeable. Very friendly. Very transparent. Very fast and efficient I will definitely call to use them again. I highly recommend them.

Well, this year the ol' septic was filled with something that was definately not Christmas cheer. We had a bunch of folks coming out for the holiday and needed some critical service on Christmas Eve. Marshalls not only answered the phone, they came out, same day, and got everything in order. Great service, great people and a great price. We'll definately use Marshall next time...just hopefully not on a Sunday, holiday weekend! Cheers!

Marshalls was quick to respond to my request via their website. They were able to fit us in their schedule within two days. Charles, the technician/serviceman, was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was able to answer all my questions, and he didn't try to push/sell me any unneeded services. He even explained that we had a leak in the house and what to do to check it. He went above and beyond! I would highly recommend the company.
