Being broke down in Elk and 450 miles from home was not fun, but this repair shop took my car that morning and worked overtime hours to get me safely on the road giving me some priority over other repair orders because I was stuck in a hotel. They were pretty decent to me and as far as I can tell I was not overcharged.
One of the calipers bolts came out and left us stranded about 40 minutes north of Elko (on our way home to Idaho). I called 4 roadside assistance locations who didn't have anyone available but the last one gave me Humbertos number with Battleborn Transmission and Auto. He was AMAZING! He went and got the part we needed and got to us within like an hour (I think less than an hour). He had us up and running really fast and checked the other wheel to make sure it was okay. He was very nice, professional, and efficient. I don't live in Elko, but if I'm ever there and need assistance, he will be my first call. Exceeded any expectations I may have had.
