I submitted for an online quote without ever receiving a response so I figured I would give them a call to get the ball rolling. The phone was answered with a simple "hello?". I was then forced to asked if I had actually reached the correct number to which the response was "hold on." I then sat there and had to listen to him speaking on the other line to a travel agent while he was booking a cruise for 2.
