    I'm visiting from Seattle and I found a Warm welcoming studio.where the teacher knows her stuff she is gentle with everyone. And can adapt for any body type, I will definitely be back. The next time I'm in town and looking forward to it

    I was very excited when Yoga Sol changed ownership as I was hoping for a refreshed approach to the studio. Unfortunately, not much has changed. The classes continue to be very boring, slow moving, and uninspiring. Great for our large senior population. But beware anyone with higher level yoga experience, you will be disappointed unless you're looking for something VERY slow. I'm just shocked by the paucity of teachers capable of teaching a beautiful flow vinyasa level 2-3 in this town. I was hopeful when I attempted to attend their ONE power yoga class on Tuesday @ 5:30.     As an old jock with back and knee issues, a back doc recommended yoga as a relief. I have been attending classes weekly with Amy for pushing two years and the effects are almost magical. I have improved flexibility and balance. Unexpected benefits are meditative and calm that results. I just need to allocate more time to yoga and up my attendance to twice a week. Amy is a wonderful teacher.
