They always offer me a welcome beverage and a health bar snack. Everyone is at the top of their field but I make sure to go quarterly so Laura can refresh my curls. No one has ever made my hair look so fabulous. The plant based products from European "Oway" line works wonders, but the great smell is something you can't find anywhere else.
