    This is the contractor that Home Depot utilizes for flooring installation. We have a whole house that needs flooring. The installer showed up, took pictures of the house, removed 12 tiles and then told us he was quitting his job. After calling the main office and Home Depot, they provided us a rescheduled date of June 27th (over 2 months away). We promptly asked Home Depot for a refund and currently looking for a replacement company. If we would have known that this is the company Home Depot used and the previous ratings, we would have never agreed to have them install the flooring. Definitely a lesson learned for us.

    Do your research. I did not and now I'm paying the price literally. First they scheduled me then they rescheduled for another week and a half out. So ok fine the wait for install is gonna take 7 weeks because someone got fired. ( the lady told me this on the phone). Fine ok I can deal with that. Then a huge whiteout blizzard hits. Fine fine it's the mountains right? Well the thing is that my driveway is really steep so steep that I can't get up and down it without literal crampons.     Avoid at all costs. Incompetent employees. Terrible management.Our first installer started making excuses for shoddy work the second he got out of his van. The carpet was "too large and too heavy to get upstairs", so my wife and I carried it up for him. He then cut the carpet anyways, placing large visible seams in the entryway to the two rooms being carpeted. He did a poor job on the work that was completed, and left the stairway landing incomplete. At that point we were asked to sign off on the "completed" job.He did not properly install the seams, so they were not repairable.
