“The older I get...the better I feel ((:-) For 30 years I have benefited from Dr Shallenberger's guidance for optimum health. He is on the leading edge of healing the body which positively affects the mind which allows my spirit to soar!This is life. I want to enjoy life! My diet has not always been perfect, I like what I like. However, with scientific labs and quality supplements I have an energy level far beyond that of my friends of similar age (and younger)! Also, my exercise routine has not always been perfect but I move by body a lot...even if it's just parking far from the market door. Then, 6 years ago I started yoga, specifically a variety of hot yoga classes at 62.
