Lacking in areas that would make them 'pros' and make me a repeat customer.- They showed up about a half a day off the coordinated timeframe. I was not available then.- They did not notify me of supposed damage to sprinkler system prior to moving forward with the work to fix it (and I specifically asked for this...who wants a surprise bill?).- They don't describe what was fixed beyond 'broken pipe'...as if this could justify the bill and help me prevent the problem from occurring in the future.- They listed sprinkler checks and adjustments that were not performed on my invoice (fact: they did not have access to the control system in the garage to test).I shared this feedback...read full review
