Always a pleasure going in Janet Staub's Office. I had been gone out of State for two and a half years and they recognized me the moment I walked in but not only that she never had to ask me my name after all that time but her staff even remembered what town I originally lived in. Always a pleasure and they have a great candy bowl ?

I moved from Carson City to Reno and still use this office. Janet Staub and her staff do an amazing job to ensure you get the insurance you need and make the process for a claim so easy. Give this office a strong consideration when shopping for insurance, you won't be disappointed.

Wife & I recently moved here from another state. Janet's office was the 2nd SF office I contacted for a quote, 2 cars, house. The first SF office left me waiting for 1 week. I called Janet's office and was immediately helped by Tania. She called me back within 10 minutes with a great quote. We did all the paperwork electronically, Tania emailed our temp cards out immediately. Since then I have emailed Tania a few times requesting different things and each time she is efficient, polite and thorough. Thanks Tania!
