She is amazin, I have had her take care of my eyes for years. Luke, the Manager is awful. I paid my whole bill for exam and glassed a bit above $700. My insuance paid a bit over $84. My glasses are heavy and I cannot keep them on all day. Luke said he filed insurance for my glasses, which he did not. So I did. My reimbursement has NOT been received. I called to ask if I bought a second pair glasses would he give me a discount. He returned my call after work hours, I called him back and , of course, they were closed. Soo I go to one of a several other optical places to get my second pair of glasses. His customer service is zero.

I had an eye exam with Dr. Ben Seljestad (who is amazing) and after I received a new prescription I thought I would check out the eyeglasses available at The See Center. Frannie assisted with the selection and she was very nice. She provided me with a register receipt for the glasses and told me that I would receive a detailed receipt when I picked the glasses up, however I did not receive a detailed receipt - not at the time of pick-up, not mailed or emailed. When I received the text that I needed to call and make an appointment for pick-up, I did just that and I was told to just come by, that I didn't need an appointment. I can't say enough good things about everyone at this practice. I was referred to them by Carson Tahoe ER due to an injury to my eye I sustained during a surgery. Not only did they get me in as soon as possibly, they were all so kind and accommodating given the situation I was in. I have moved all my family's eye care needs to them because again they truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much to their entire staff!!
