My family has been using Joe's Floor Masters for five years now.... Every time our service is perfect! We are up in Sparks NV and they never have a problem fitting us into their schedule quickly and coming over and no only cleaning our carpets but fixing any carpet issues we have! Joe is great! He answered his phone when I called, showed up when he said he would, and patiently explained the process while I hovered nearby (out of curiosity). As a female I didn't get even a single weird vibe (women, you know what I mean), and I would not hesitate to call him for future flooring needs!
