Looks like the only work they do is shutting down entire streets blocks and refusing residents access to their homes. Work is shoddy at best, and there's still plenty of uneven spaces in the road.

NOBODY i mean NOBODY should be using a jackhammer and other loud construction tools at 8 in the morning in a residential neighborhood. Vary low paying company with little to know experience. The traffic control supervisor has know clue as to state regulations on set up. Arizona pipeline should be embarrassed to have such a person.
