I’ve been using American Housekeeping for a few years now, I’m extremely happy with the work that they do, they’re always on time, they always do a great job. They are always very flexible on my scheduling as my schedule changes constantly! when my friends ask, who cleans my house,
I always highly recommend
them. Every employee I’ve been in contact with has been courteous and professional. I will continue to use their services and give very outstanding recommendations.

We used this company. Met with a person beforehand to understand what services they cover and to get an estimate. With the first cleaning they didn't clean the microwave. On another visit they didn't clean a glass topped coffee table. Their "window" to show up changed frequently and the same two people did not show up at anytime. My husband, who is home for these cleanings, often heard the team who did show up making negative comments about their teammates (concerning since we didn't know who was going to show up at our house!). As others mentioned, do not expect things to be lifted and dusted under. We stopped using them. We had the service every two weeks and they often spent less than an hour cleaning the house. We had them clean one of the 3 bedrooms in the home - the other two are office/hobby rooms.

I have used American Housekeeping off and on for several years. I am very pleased with my current cleaning team, Katrina and Sydney. They are prompt with their arrival time and do a great clean. Both the office and my cleaning team are great. I am very pleased with how my cleanings have been going.
