“I took my mom, her name is Janeen, to the salon for the first time to see Karla for a cut & color. My mom is in a wheelchair and cannot walk, but she can transition in to a chair. Karla was very accommodating and helpful in getting my mom situated in her chair. Since it was my mom's first appointment, Karla was very attentive while discussing with her what kind of cut & highlights she wanted. My mom was very happy with the outcome! She loved her color and cut! The cut also made it very easy for her to style on her own, considering she has only one hand to work with.
