When it came time to replace my failing heat pump, I compared three estimates from local HVAC contractors and chose to go with Modern Air Conditioning and Heating. Jeremy inspected my roof and attic in addition to the old heat pump, and in doing so caught several issues which needed to be addressed. He included those repairs in the bid, which was competitive with others who had overlooked the roof and attic. His above-and-beyond attention to detail, prompt and thorough communication, and fair pricing sealed the deal for me and I'm really happy with their work!

I reached out to Modern Air for a second opinion after I was told my AC/Furnace unit was no good and needed to be replaced for the sum of $13,800. Spoke with Jeremy over the phone and he was confident it could be repaired after describing our issues. The Next day their tech Jordan came out and repaired our unit Saving us thousands! I Can't thank Modern air enough for their honesty and willing ness to repair our older unit.
Jeremy is amazing, strong technically, and just amazing customer service. Hottest days of the year, family in town for the holiday, and of course the AC started to not cool well. Ran into Jeremy by pure luck and he came by that morning to check the unit and correct the charge for me. He was very knowledgeable and I would recommend his company to everyone! Good rates and great customer service. Also great he is on BC and a local resource.I can't imagine this company having a bad review except by those home owners who think they know more....like always they are usually mass misinformed.Thanks again Jeremy!!!!
