I had a great experience at East Coast Hearing (Wolfville). I had a problem with wax buildup which was affecting my hearing. I was able to get an appointment within 2 days of my call. The technician was personable and professional. My appointment was for 10:00 and I was out at 10:12-with much improved hearing. I am grateful for the quick and effective service that was provided.
Just had a hearing test at East Coast Hearing in Wolfville with audiologist Scott Bonnell. The session was very informative. We were quite impressed with Scott’s knowledge and thoroughness. I recently had a test at another company, and their interest seemed to be in selling me a set of hearing aids. When I said we’d like to think it over, the atmosphere grew noticeably chillier, and some pressure was applied.
I just have to check out some funding questions, and we are definitely going back here when I am ready.
Scott was personable, knowledgeable and totally professional. I could not imagine a better experience in this realm.
