Well, hard to find good hands and knowledgeable people that you can let your body relax and feel really good after massage. I had 2 visits and both of them were best of best.
One of my visits reason was shoulder pain, head, and sinuses. Just after one session I felt 10 times better.

The esthetician that I had did a wonderful job, very professional but warm. (I was trying my best not to cough as I have remaining nuisance from a flu). The esthetician that my friend had was so fantastic. I had let the team know during booking that she has dementia and they were so prepared, amusing, caring, talkative and encouraging of her. It was so touching. We will be back regularly. Thank you all for making this a safe space for her.

High Tide Wellness is a smaller facility but very comfortable. The staff are genuinely very friendly. Mullen is such a professional! She chats with you to see what your needs are and asks if everything is ok during treatment. She's excellent at working thoroughly on directly where you request/require. She's very knowledgeable in advising at home self-care maintenance. She's also a sincerely nice, easy to talk to therapist. My go-to massage place!
Ally did my nails for my wedding and they turned out massively better than I ever expected, she was extremely friendly and so easy to talk to. I very rarely get my nails done and she talked about what she was doing at every step, and was genuinely just a treat to talk with. The experience on top of how STUNNING my nails turned out made this hands down the best salon I've ever been to.
