Wow, what a terrible experience we had. Clearly I should have done my research and read all the bad reviews first.

Truthfully we did submit a couple days late, and know that sometimes it can cause a slight delay in returns. I have submitted late in the past, and still have had my taxes filed right away. Within the week.

We have waited more than 2 months and have only had 1 single email responded to with our questions.

After sending countless emails and calling the branch multiple times, never to get an answer; we decided to take our business elsewhere.

We went in today and our taxes still were not filed.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. We've been waiting almost 2 months for our tax return for a home business. They screwed around for weeks and didn't tell us what they needed. It's now been a couple weeks since I gave them the information they needed and can't get a hold of anyone so we are now e-filing ourselves. I'm very disappointed, I used H&R Block for my taxes every year for the last 14 years of my life. This is the worst service I have ever seen.
